CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed to the conference email info@iobc-olives2027.org to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the IBAN and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges.
All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference.
Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.
Refund minus 50.00€ for administration/bank charges until the 11th of April 2027 (included)
Refund minus 50% until the 10th of May 2027 (included)
No refund for cancellations received after May 11th 2027
